D-VoiS has set up an integrated network at India’s largest shopping Mall, Mantri Square, Bangalore. D-VoiS, along with its associates extends, data and voice services through both wired and wireless networks in the mall. The entire mall is Wi-Fi enabled and shoppers can access internet and value added services anywhere within the mall premises on their laptops, netbooks and PDAs.
The network is on build own operate model. D-VoiS has dedicated Operations and Management personnel deployed at the Mall to ensure onsite support during the business hours of the Mall. In addition, Customers are also supported through a centralized customer care center.
D-VoiS / its associates services in the Mall include EPABX based Fixed Line Voice Solution, Fixed Line Internet Broadband Services for shops, Wi-Fi Internet access, etc.
